/Library/Application Support/Logic/ Apple Loops are stored in /Library/Audio/Apple Loops/ Factory Patches and other settings files have been moved lately directly into the Logic app. To access those (which you shouldn't), you have to open the Package Content of the app. BTW, the files will show up on your drive as soon as you have installed them.
